Vinyasa Yoga
In this all-levels class, you will move slowly and meditatively between poses following the breath. Focus will be on breath and alignment, breaking down poses and offering props to allow each student to find the right version of a pose for their body. Slow Vinyasa is designed to create softness in your body, relieve unwanted tension, and stress, inviting a deeper understanding of mind-body-spirit connection while improving flexibility, muscle tone and circulation.

Slow Flow & Restore w/ Rachel
Fridays at 630 pm
Starts with a meditative slower-paced flow and will end with relaxing passive, floor and supine restorative postures. The restorative postures are held for three to five minutes, relaxing you into the shape and ultimately lengthening deep connective tissue. Restorative postures combined with mindful breath work will help to reclaim your inner energy and tap back into a deeper connectedness for mind, body, and spirit.
